2027년 양산 목표로 포항 공장 착공 예정…기존 공장 라인 개조도 병행포스코퓨처엠은 CNGR 및 CNGR의 한국 자회사인 피노와 리튬인산철(LFP) 양극재 합작투자계약(JVA)을 체결했다고 24일 밝혔다.
포스코퓨처엠은 CNGR과의 이차전지소재사업 협력 강화를 위해 CNGR 및 피노와의 합작사인 씨앤피신소재테크놀로지를 지난해 설립하고 협의를 이어왔다.
지난 15일에는 이사회를 열고 이 합작사를 통한 LFP 양극재 공장 건설 안건을 승인한 이후,23일 계약 체결까지 완료하며 LFP 양극재 사업에 속도를 내고 있다. 포스코퓨처엠이 CNGR 및 피노와 LFP 양극재 합작투자계약(JVA)을 23일 체결했다.(왼쪽부터 피노 김동환 대표,포스코퓨처엠 윤태일 에너지소재마케팅본부장,vip로또CNGR 주종완(Zhu Zongyuan) 부총재,씨앤피신소재테크놀로지 따이주푸(Dai Zhufu) 대표이사) 
포스코퓨처엠은 합작투자 계약 체결에 따라 포항 영일만4일반산업단지에 LFP 양극재 공장 건설을 추진한다.내년 공장을 착공해 2027년 양산을 목표로 하고 있으며,이번 투자를 시작으로 연산 최대 5만톤 규모까지 확대할 계획이다.
LFP 배터리는 삼원계 배터리에 비해 출력은 낮지만 저렴한 가격과 긴 수명이 장점으로,최근 ESS와 엔트리급 전기차 등 다양한 분야에서 활용도가 높아지고 있다.
이번 계약 체결로 포스코퓨처엠은 시장 수요가 크게 증가하고 있는 LFP 양극재 사업 추진을 본격화하고,CNGR 및 피노와 생산,기술,마케팅 등 사업 전반에서의 협력을 더욱 강화할 수 있게 됐다.
이번 계약 체결과 별도로,포스코퓨처엠은 LFP 시장 조기 진입을 위해 기존 포항 양극재공장의 하이니켈 제품 생산라인 일부를 LFP 양극재 생산라인으로 개조해 내년 하반기부터 공급을 시작할 계획이다.

This is without question the absolute coolest self-care item I have ever purchased. Even without the sleep tracking, I still feel this statement holds true. However, sleep tracking takes this product over the top. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to improve their meditation practice, overall mindfulness, and sleep habits.
