일반적으로 아몬드와 아몬드 버터의 영양소 종류는 동일하지만,도박 문제점아몬드 버터는 밀도가 높고 먹기 간편해 과잉 섭취하기 쉽다.따라서 다이어트 중이라면 섭취량을 조절하는 것이 좋다.시중 제품 중 아몬드 외 첨가물이 들어가는 경우도 있어 아몬드 버터를 고를 때는 원재료명과 함량을 확인해야 한다.
