춘천지방검찰청 강릉지청은 남편을 살해한 혐의로 80살 여성 A 씨를 최근 불구속기소 했다고 오늘(9일) 밝혔습니다.
A 씨는 2024년 5월 자택에서 81살 남편 B 씨와 말다툼하다가 B 씨를 숨지게 한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.
앞서 경찰은 사건 발생 약 5개월 뒤 B 씨가 스스로 목을 졸라 죽은 것으로 추정해 내사 종결 의견을 냈습니다.
하지만 검찰은 사건 현장에서 자살 도구가 확인되지 않는 등 추가 수사가 필요하고 판단해 보완 수사 의견을 제시했습니다.
