회사 측에 따르면 서진시스템은 지난 27일 케이엔알시스템과 '글로벌 AI(인공지능) 로봇 및 첨단 자동화 사업 협력을 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)'을 체결했다.이번 협약은 서진시스템이 주도하는 AI 로봇 파운드리 사업에 하이브리드 액추에이터·고하중 로봇 핵심 부품 기술을 보유한 케이엔알시스템이 핵심 기술 파트너로 합류하며,글로벌 로봇 제조 생태계의 경쟁력을 한 단계 끌어올리는 전환점이 될 전망이다.
이번 협력의 핵심인 서진 AI 로봇 파운드리는 반도체 산업의 파운드리 모델을 로봇 제조 분야에 도입한 혁신적 비즈니스 모델이다.서진시스템은 미국,경마 온라인 발매유럽,베트남,한국에 구축된 글로벌 제조 인프라와 수직계열화된 고효율 생산 역량을 통해 로봇의 '제조와 양산'을 전담하고,케이엔알시스템을 포함한 기술 파트너사들은 '핵심 부품 기술 개발과 설계,경마 온라인 발매엔지니어링'에 집중하는 구조다.
