과학기술정보통신부는 30일 '인공지능 발전과 신뢰 기반 조성 등에 관한 기본법(이하 AI 기본법)' 개정안이 국회 본회의를 통과했다.

이번 개개정안은 내달 세계 최초로 전면 시행되는 AI 기본법의 실효성을 높이기 위한 후속 입법이다.

개정안에는 국가인공지능전략위원회 개편을 비롯해 △인공지능연구소 설립·운영 근거 △공공 분야 AI 수요 창출 △AI 창업 활성화 지원 △공공 데이터의 학습용 데이터 제공 근거 등이 담겼다.

개정안은 인공지능연구소를 과기정통부나 대학·기업 등이 설립할 수 있으며,코인 인생 망함정부와 지방자치단체의 지원도 가능토록 했다.

또 공공기관이 제품이나 서비스를 구매·발주 시 AI 제품·서비스를 우선 고려하도록 해 공공 분야의 AI 활용을 촉진하도록 했다.

장애인·고령자 등 AI 취약계층의 의견을 국가 AI 정책 수립 과정에 반영하고,코인 인생 망함AI 이용이 어려운 국민에 대해 국가와 지자체가 비용을 지원할 수 있는 근거도 마련했다.
