(서울=뉴스1) 송송이 기자 = 김건희 특검팀(특별검사 민중기)이 김 여사의 명품 가방 수수 사건을 최근 서울중앙지검으로부터 넘겨받았다.
24일 법조계에 따르면 특검팀은 최근 대검찰청에 계류 중이던 김 여사의 명품 가방 수수 사건을 이첩 받았다.
특검팀은 앞서 대검찰청 범죄수익환수과에 배당돼 계류 중이던 이 사건의 수사 기록을 대검으로부터 넘겨받아 검토를 진행해 왔다.
서울중앙지검은 지난 2022년 9월 김 여사가 최재영 목사로부터 명품 가방을 전달 받은 혐의로 고발된 사건에 대한 수사에 착수했다.
그러나 중앙지검이 지난해 10월 이 사건을 불기소 처분하자 고발인인 서울의 소리는 윤 전 대통령과 김 여사를 청탁금지법 위반,청소년 토토뇌물수수 혐의로 항고한 뒤 기각되자 재항고했다.
오는 28일 특검팀의 수사가 종료되는 만큼,청소년 토토특검팀은 윤 전 대통령과 김 여사의 혐의를 검토해 이들에 대한 기소 여부를 결정할 전망이다..
