10일 완성차 업계에 따르면 한국GM은 지난 9일 인천 부평구 인천삼산월드체육관에서 전국 협력 서비스센터 관계자들과 간담회를 갖고 협력 센터 중심의 정비 운영 체계 강화 방침을 공식 발표했습니다.
이번 간담회는 내년 2월 15일부로 서비스가 협력 센터 중심으로 운영되기 전에 내수 시장 전략 및 실행 계획을 관계자들과 공유해 안정적인 서비스 체계를 구축하고자 마련됐습니다.
이 자리에는 헥터 비자레알 사장과 구스타보 콜로시 부사장을 비롯해 GM 한국사업장의 주요 임직원과 전국 협력 서비스 및 판매 네트워크 대표 등 400여명이 참석했습니다.
헥터 비자레알 GM 한국사업장 사장은 "전국 협력 서비스센터 네트워크와 함께 앞으로도 지금처럼 최고 수준의 고객 서비스를 제공하겠다"라고 말했습니다.
이어 "현장과의 긴밀한 파트너십을 바탕으로 신속하고 정확한 서비스를 지속해서 제공하고 고객 신뢰 확보에 최선을 다할 것"이라며 "서비스센터와의 소통과 지원을 확대해 모두가 함께 성장하는 미래를 만들어가겠다"라고 강조했습니다.
구스타보 콜로시 GM 한국사업장 영업 서비스 마케팅 부문 부사장은 "서비스 네트워크와의 협력은 고객 만족을 위한 핵심"이라며 "입고 증대,러시아 룰렛 해석고객 케어 강화,러시아 룰렛 해석기술 지원 확대 등 실행 계획을 통해 네트워크 경쟁력을 높이고 고객 경험을 향상하기 위해 최선을 다하겠다"라고 다짐했습니다.
GM 한국사업장의 협력 서비스 네트워크는 현재 전체 고객 정비 물량의 약 92%를 담당하고 있습니다.
기존 8개의 직영 서비스센터에서 처리되던 약 8%의 정비 물량을 내년 2월 15일 이 각 지역 협력 서비스센터가 안정적으로 수용할 수 있도록 네트워크 협의회와 긴밀히 조율하고 있습니다.
이를 통해 고객들은 직영 서비스센터가 있던 지역에서 다수의 대형 및 중소형 협력 서비스센터를 통해 직영 서비스센터와 동일한 수준의 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다고 한국GM 측은 설명했습니다.
