공정위는 삼쩜삼 운영사인 자비스앤빌런즈의 세금 환급 대행 서비스가 거짓과 과장,기민적인 광고 행위를 했다며 금지명령과 함께,과징금 7천100만 원을 부과하기로 했습니다.

삼쩜삼은 2023년부터 유료 서비스인 '신고 대행 서비스' 이용을 높이기 위해 카카오톡 메시지 광고 등을 통해 무료 서비스인 `예상 환급금 조회`로 소비자를 유인했습니다.

공정위는 이런 광고가 소비자를 속이거나 소비자가 잘못 알게 할 우려가 있는지,신화월드 카지노 내국인소비자의 합리적인 구매 결정을 방해하는지를 면밀하게 심사한 결과 부당한 광고라고 판단했습니다.
