그리고 건당 7만 원에서 많게는 15만 원을 받고,베트남과 중국에서 만든 가짜 외국인등록증과 건설 관련 자격증을 들여와 외국인들에게 팔았습니다.
이렇게 위조된 신분증과 자격증으로 외국인들은 서울 잠실과 인천 송도,충북 제천 등의 아파트 건설 현장에 투입된 것으로 확인됐습니다.
