기상청에 따르면 이날 강원지역 최저기온은 영하 9도~영상 1도,낮 최고기온은 영하 1도~영상 6도 등이다.지역별 아침 최저기온은 철원 영하 9도,하이원포커대관령·양구 영하 8도,춘천 영하 7도,원주 영하 6도,강릉 영하 1도를 각각 기록하겠다.

6일 영서북부지역에 흐리고 한때 약하게 눈이 내리겠다.예상적설량은 강원북부내륙·산지 1㎝ 미만,예상 강수량은 1㎜ 미만 수준이다.

눈,비가 내리면서 이날 아침 최저기온이 영하 13도까지 내려가 더 춥겠다.오는 7일부터 도내 아침 최저기온이 영하 6도~영상 2도로 예상돼 추위가 조금 누그러질 전망이다.

4일 기준 동해안에는 25%,하이원포커산지에는 30% 안팎의 실효습도를 보이며 매우 건조한 날씨가 지속되고 있다.동해안과 산지에는 각각 건조경보와 건조주의보가 발효되면서 대기가 매우 건조해 산불과 화재에 철저한 대비가 필요하다.

강원지방기상청 관계자는 “강추위 속 바람도 강하게 불어 작은 불씨가 큰불로 번질 수 있으니 야외활동을 자제하고 시설물 관리와 안전사고에 유의해야 한다”고 전했다.
