[서울=뉴시스]최서진 김래현 기자 = 쿠팡 수사 무마·퇴직금 미지급 의혹을 수사하는 안권섭 특별검사팀이 '쿠팡 블랙리스트' 공익제보자를 소환했다.
공익제보자 김준호씨는 31일 오전 참고인 조사를 받기 위해 서울 서초구 상설특검팀 사무실에 도착했다.
김씨는 조사 전 취재진과 만나 쿠팡의 취업규칙 변경 의혹과 관련해 "적절하지 않았다고 생각한다"고 전했다.
김씨는 "원래는 일용직에 퇴직금을 지급했는데,메가 포춘 슬롯 무료 플레이어느 순간부터 미지급 사태가 점점 늘어났다"며 "관련 서류를 회사에서 작성 요구한 사태가 있었다"고 했다.
김씨는 지난 2022년 11월부터 2023년 4월까지 쿠팡풀필먼트서비스(CFS) 호법물류센터 HR채용팀에서 근무하며 이른바 'PNG 리스트'라고 불리는 블랙리스트 문건을 활용해 취업 지원자들을 배제하는 업무를 수행했다.퇴사 이후 이를 언론에 공익제보했다.
특검팀은 쿠팡CFS 인사 업무를 담당했던 김씨를 상대로 일용직 채용 과정과 퇴직금 미지급 의혹,메가 포춘 슬롯 무료 플레이블랙리스트 의혹 등을 전반적으로 조사할 전망이다.
쿠팡CFS는 2023년 5월 노동자들에게 불리한 퇴직금 지급 규정이 담긴 취업규칙을 변경해 퇴직금을 미지급했다는 의혹을 받는다.
