19일 업계에 따르면 삼성전자는 전날 "AI 데이터센터에 특화된 저전력 D램(LPDDR) 기반 서버용 메모리 모듈 소캠2를 개발하고 고객사 샘플 공급을 시작했다”고 밝혔다.
