미국과 우크라이나가 독일에서 종전안 협상을 진행 중인 가운데 젤렌스키 우크라이나 대통령은 현지시간 15일 "안전보장과 관련해 진전이 있었다"고 밝혔습니다.

젤렌스키 대통령은 군이 정리 중인 세부 초안을 살펴봤다며 "초안이지만 좋아 보인다"고 평가했습니다.

미국 측도 이번 협상의 핵심 의제 중 하나가 안전보장이었다며,Cleopatra Casino Affiliates우크라이나가 집단방위 조항인 나토 헌장 5조와 유사한 수준의 안전보장을 받게 될 것이라고 설명했습니다.

다만 영토 문제는 여전히 큰 난관입니다.
