남현희.사진|남현희 인스타그램전 펜싱 국가대표 남현희(44)가 전청조 사기 사건과 관련해 불기소 처분을 받으며 사기 방조 혐의를 벗었다. 
남현희는 지난 13일 자신의 SNS를 통해 특정경제범죄가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반(사기) 방조,범죄수익 은닉의 규제 및 처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반 혐의에 대한 불기소 결정서를 공유했다.
공개된 결정서에는 증거 불충분으로 혐의가 없다는 판단과 함께 “피의자가 고소인에 대한 전청조의 사기 범행이나 다른 범죄 행위를 인식했다기보다는 전청조에게 이용당한 것에 더 가깝다”는 내용이 담겼다.
이와 관련,사건을 맡은 법무법인 지혁의 손수호 변호사는 SNS를 통해 “드디어 남현희 감독 사건 검찰 불기소 결정서를 받았다.혐의 없음의 이유를 다시 한번 명확히 확인해줬다”고 밝혔다.
이어 “‘전청조에게 이용당한 것‘아이클라우드 비밀번호까지 제공받아 확인했음‘전청조의 사기 전과,이번주로또당첨번호경호원 급여 미지급,사기 수사 진행 등을 알았음을 인정할 증거가 발견되지 않음’이렇게 민사도 끝났고 형사도 끝났다”고 설명했다.
