카카오 본사 특이사항 없어…네이버 측 전직원 재택근무 전환 카카오 제주 본사(카카오 제공.재판매 및 DB금지)/뉴스1 
(제주·성남=뉴스1) 유재규 홍수영 김민재 기자 = 카카오 사옥과 네이버 본사 등에 사제폭발물을 설치했다는 협박과 관련해 경찰이 신고자 추적에 나섰다.
18일 경찰 및 각 사에 따르면 이날 오전 카카오 CS센터(고객센터) 사이트에 "제주시 영평동 소재 카카오 본사,2025 비트코인 전망경기 성남시 소재 네이버 본사에 각 폭발물을 설치했다"는 내용의 글이 게재됐다.
카카오 측은 이날 오전 8시 51분께 112에 이 같은 내용을 신고했다.
제주경찰청 특공대와 제주소방 등 50명은 카카오 본사 건물 2개 동과 직장어린이집 등을 대상으로 수색 작업을 벌였다.폭발물은 발견되지 않았으며 오전 10시 56분께 수색은 종료됐다.
본사 직원 110여 명은 모두 대피했으며 재택근무로 전환했다.
네이버 측도 이날 오전 11시께 전 직원을 재택근무로 전환했다.현재 네이버 측의 보안요원들이 자체적으로 폭발물 설치 여부를 파악 중이다.네이버 측은 출입을 강화하고 보안 유지를 이어가고 있다.
네이버 관계자는 "경찰 출동으로 해당 사실을 인지했다"고 말했다.
폭발물을 설치했다고 주장한 이는 자신을 광주광역시 모 중학교 재학생 A 군이라고 언급했지만,2025 비트코인 전망경찰은 명의가 도용됐다고 보고 있다.
전날(17일) 오후 7시 4분께에도 "카카오 판교아지트를 폭파하겠다"는 글이 올라왔다.해당 글 역시 A 군 명의로 게시됐다.건물 수색결과,2025 비트코인 전망폭발물 등 특이점은 발견되지 않았다.

앞서 지난 15일에도 자신을 모 고교 자퇴생이라고 밝힌 B 씨가 카카오 CS센터에 "카카오 판교아지트 건물에 사제 폭발물을 설치했다"는 내용을 올렸다.
카카오 고위 관계자에 대해 사제 총기로 살해하겠다는 협박성 글과 함께 100억 원을 계좌로 송금할 것을 요구하기도 했다..
