사실은 캄보디아에 거점을 둔 보이스피싱 조직이 만든 가짜입니다.
이들은 이런 가짜 서류를 활용해 군부대나 대학,병원을 사칭하며 대리구매를 요청한 뒤 돈만 챙겨 잠적하는,이른바 '노쇼 사기' 범행을 저질렀습니다.
