질병관리청 '국민건강통계'
단백질 식품 1위는 돼지고기한국인은 여전히‘밥심’으로 산다는 분석 결과가 나왔다.당분은 탄산음료보다 사과를 통해 더 많이 섭취했다.

15일 질병관리청 국민건강통계에 따르면 2024년 기준 한국인이 에너지를 가장 많이 얻은 식품은 멥쌀이었다.멥쌀을 통해 섭취한 에너지는 하루평균 428.5㎉로,로또 1등 후기 더쿠전체 에너지 섭취량의 23.2%를 차지했다.돼지고기(101.9㎉·5.5%),로또 1등 후기 더쿠빵(68.6㎉·3.7%) 순으로 에너지 섭취량이 많았다.

멥쌀은 여러 영양분 섭취에서도 큰 비중을 차지했다.멥쌀을 통해 섭취하는 탄수화물은 하루평균 92g으로 전체의 36.2%에 달했다.빵(11.5g·4.5%)과 국수(9.6g·3.8%)가 뒤를 이었다.식습관이 바뀌며 밀 섭취가 늘고 있지만 여전히 한국인은 밥심으로 산다는 게 입증된 것이다.

단백질은 주로 육류를 통해 섭취했다.돼지고기로 섭취하는 단백질이 하루평균 8.82g으로 가장 많았다.전체 단백질 섭취량의 12.3%였다.멥쌀(8.02g·11.2%)과 닭고기(6.99g·9.7%)도 주요 단백질 섭취원이었다.소고기,우유,로또 1등 후기 더쿠두부 등도 주요 단백질 섭취 식품으로 꼽혔다.

당 섭취는 상위 30개 식품 중 과일류가 10개를 차지했다.1위는 사과로 하루평균 3.93g(6.9%)의 당을 섭취했다.탄산음료(3.55g·6.2%),로또 1등 후기 더쿠우유(3.40g·5.9%)로 섭취하는 당도 비교적 많았다.과일에 함유된 식이섬유는 당 흡수 속도를 늦춰 혈당을 완만하게 높인다.탄산음료에 비해선‘건강한 당 섭취법’이다.

강재헌 강북삼성병원 가정의학과 교수는 “사과는 혈당지수(GI)가 약 36으로 탄산음료의 절반 수준이어서 당뇨병 환자에게도 비교적 부담이 작다”
