△삼진식품 상장
-‘수산단백질 기반의 식문화 창출’의 비전을 가진 식품 기업.1953년 7월 1일,삼진식품이라는 개인사업자로 박재덕 창업주로부터 시작.이후 2대 박종수 회장 취임(1986년)해 맷돌에 생선을 뼈째 갈고 기름 솥에 튀기는 전통의 방식으로 어묵을 제조·판매.2011년,2대 박종수 대표의 건강 악화로 3대 박용준 대표가 어묵 산업에 뛰어 들어.박 대표는 삼진어묵이라는 회사(개인사업자)를 설립해 영도1공장을 대형 어묵 매장으로 변화.이후 해당 매장을 바탕으로 2014년 롯데백화점 잠실점의 팝업스토어를 통해 수도권 내 인지도를 올리고 이후 각 백화점에 어묵 베이커리 매장을 오픈.어묵에 혁신을 더한 어묵 베이커리를 통해 기존 어묵 판매업체와 차별점을 소구.주관사는 미래에셋증권.
