[서울=뉴시스] 조성하 기자 = 일요일인 11일은 찬 대륙고기압의 영향으로 전국이 평년보다 크게 춥겠다.충청권과 전라권,경남 일부 지역을 중심으로 강하고 많은 눈이 내리겠다.
기상청은 "아침 기온이 전날보다 5~8도,경기내륙과 강원내륙·산지는 10도 이상 크게 떨어지면서 전국 대부분 지역이 매우 춥겠다"며 "바람도 매우 강하게 불어 체감온도는 더욱 낮겠다"고 예보했다.
중부지방과 전북,전남 해안,Krwin 룰렛경남 남해안,일부 경북 내륙·산지를 중심으로 한파특보가 발표된 가운데,강원 내륙·산지는 아침 기온이 영하 15도 안팎까지 떨어지겠다.
눈과 비는 충남과 전라권,경남 서부 내륙을 중심으로 이어지겠다.예상 적설량은 충남 남부 서해안은 3~8㎝,대전·세종·충남 내륙과 충북은 2~7㎝,강원 산지는 2~7㎝로 예상된다.
전북과 광주·전남(동부 남해안 제외) 5~15㎝로,전북 서해안과 남부 내륙,전남 서해안은 20㎝ 이상 쌓이는 곳도 있겠다.수도권은 서울·인천·경기북서부 1㎝ 미만,경기남부·서해5도 1~5㎝,경기북동부 1~3㎝이다.
기온이 낮아 내린 눈과 비가 얼어 빙판길과 도로 살얼음이 나타나는 곳이 많겠고,가시거리도 짧아 교통안전에 각별한 주의가 필요하다.특히 전라 서해안을 중심으로는 비닐하우스 등 시설물 붕괴 우려가 있어 대비가 요구된다.
아침 최저기온은 -15~-3도,낮 최고기온은 -7~4도로 예상된다.
주요 지역 아침 최저기온은 서울 -8도,인천 -8도,수원 -8도,춘천 -12도,강릉 -5도,청주 -6도,대전 -8도,전주 -6도,광주 -5도,대구 -5도,부산 -3도,제주 3도다.
