검찰,현우진 등 46명 무더기 기소

'수능 일타강사'로 불리는 현우진,조정식 씨 등 사교육업체 관계자를 비롯한 전·현직 교사 등 46명이 수능 문항 거래 혐의로 무더기 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.
법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지검 형사7부는 그제(29일) 현 씨와 조 씨를 청탁금지법 위반 등 혐의로 불구속 기소했습니다.
현 씨와 조 씨는 EBS 교재를 집필했거나 수능 모의고사 출제위원 출신인 교사들로부터 수능 관련 문항을 부정적인 경로로 주고 받은 혐의를 받고 있습니다.
현 씨는 현직 교사 3명에게 2020∼2023년 문항 제작을 조건으로 총 4억여 원을 전달했고,조 씨 역시 같은 기간 현직 교사 등 관계자에게 8,000만 원을 주고 문항을 거래한 것으로 파악됐습니다.
조 씨에게는 EBS 교재가 발간되기 전 미리 문항을 제공해달라고 요청한 혐의도 적용됐습니다. 사진은 기사와 관련 없음 
검찰은 대형 입시학원 시대인재의 모회사 하이컨시와 강남대성학원 계열사인 강남대성연구소도 같은 기간 동안 교사들과 문항을 거래한 정황을 발견해 재판에 넘겼습니다.
시대인재 측과 대성학원 측은 수능 모의고사와 내신 출제 문항 등을 받는 대가로 계약을 맺은 교사들에게 각각 7억여 원,11억여 원을 지급한 것으로 파악됐습니다.
앞서 경찰청 국가수사본부는 지난 4월 '사교육 카르텔'에 연루된 현직 교사 72명,사교육업체 법인 3곳,강사 11명 등 총 100명을 검찰에 송치한 바 있습니다.
경찰 수사 결과 현직 교사들은 조직적으로 수능 문항을 만들어 사교육 업계에 판매하고,한국교육과정평가원 직원들이 수능시험에 관해 들어온 이의신청의 심사를 무마해 온 것으로 드러났습니다.
검찰은 이들 중 현 씨,블랙잭 프로조 씨를 포함해 사교육업체 관계자와 전현직 교사 등 총 46명을 불구속 상태로 재판에 넘겼습니다.
