박 전 의원은 2021년 12월 9일 서울 한 노래주점과 인근 주차장에서 당시 보좌관을 강제 추행하고 우울증 등의 정신적 상해를 입힌 혐의로 기소됐습니다.
다음 해 4월 피해를 입은 보좌관이 더불어민주당 젠더폭력신고상담센터에 성추행을 신고하자 면직을 시도한 혐의와,인터넷 로또 구매지역구 관계자들에게 해당 보좌관이 합의를 시도했다고 알려 명예훼손을 한 혐의도 받았습니다.
