카카오 CA협의체가 조직 구조를 전면 개편한다.23일 카카오에 따르면 CA협의체는 기존 '4개 위원회·2개 총괄·1개 단(團)' 체제에서 벗어나 '3개 실·4개 담당' 중심의 슬림한 구조로 재편된다.조직 규모는 줄이되 유연성을 강화하고,그룹 차원의 판단과 실행을 보다 신속하게 연결하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.그간 경영 시스템 고도화와 거버넌스 효율화를 통해 축적한 역량을 성장으로 전환하겠다는 의미다.

신설되는 조직은 그룹투자전략실,그룹재무전략실,강원랜드 슬롯머신 잭팟그룹인사전략실 등 3개 '실'이다.이들 조직은 중장기 투자와 재무 전략 수립,강원랜드 슬롯머신 잭팟인사 시스템 고도화 등 그룹 단위 의사결정이 필요한 영역을 전담 지원한다.그룹투자전략실장은 카카오인베스트먼트 김도영 대표가,그룹재무전략실장은 카카오 신종환 최고재무책임자(CFO)가 각각 겸임한다.그룹인사전략실은 황태선 실장이 맡는다.

ESG·PR·PA·준법경영 등 그룹 차원의 방향 설정과 조율 기능은 4개 '담당' 조직이 맡는다.권대열 그룹ESG담당,이나리 그룹PR담당,이연재 그룹PA담당,정종욱 그룹준법경영담당이 각각 역할을 수행한다.관련 조직은 카카오 본사로 이관돼 현장 실행력을 강화한다.새로운 CA협의체 조직 체계는 오는 2월 1일부터 적용된다.
