법원 "직접·구체 증거 제출되지 않아" 
전·현직 국회의원들에게 불법 정치자금을 제공한 혐의로 기소된 김봉현 전 스타모빌리티 회장(사진)에게 무죄가 선고됐다.
서울남부지방법원 서영우 형사12단독 판사는 17일 정치자금법 위반 혐의로 재판에 넘겨진 김 전 회장과 이강세 전 스타모빌리티 대표에게 무죄를 선고했다.
재판부는 "이 사건의 공소사실을 뒷받침할 직접 증거는 진술이 있는데,바카라 성공 디시김봉현의 진술은 수사기관에서부터 이 법정에 이르기까지 여러차례 변경됐다.진술 변경 동기나 경위 등을 종합하면 진술을 그대로 믿기 어렵다"라고 했다.
이어 "피고인들의 진술 외 공소사실을 뒷받침할 만한 직접적이고 구체적인 증거가 제출되지 않았다"라며 "이에 더해 기동민,이수진 등의 정치자금법 1심 판결에 무죄가 선고된 점을 종합해보면 진술을 의심할 만한 특별한 사정이 있다"고 봤다.
김 전 회장과 이 전 대표 등은 2016년 기 전 의원,이수진 민주당 의원,바카라 성공 디시김영춘 전 해양수산부 장관,국회의원 전 예비후보 김모씨에게 총 1억6000만원대 금품을 전달한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.김 전 회장은 1조6000억원 규모 라임 환매 사태의 핵심 인물이다.
금품 수수 혐의로 한꺼번에 재판에 넘겨진 기 전 의원,이 의원,바카라 성공 디시김 전 장관,김씨는 지난 9월 1심에서 모두 무죄를 선고받았다.당시 재판부도 김 전 회장의 진술과 수첩 등에 신빙성이 있다고 보기 어렵다고 판단했다.검찰은 이 의원에 대해선 항소를 포기했으나 기 전 의원,김 전 장관에 대해선 항소했다.
이 사건에서 김 전 회장을 대리한 이제일 변호사는 "애초부터 검찰이 짜맞추기식으로 기소한 사건"이라며 "결론이 명백해 항소하지 못할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

This is without question the absolute coolest self-care item I have ever purchased. Even without the sleep tracking, I still feel this statement holds true.
