김경 서울시의원의 서울 강서구 자택에 고급 수입차 2대가 나란히 서 있습니다.

두 차량 모두 '거주자 우선 주차장'에 차를 세운 뒤 '부정주차요금'을 미납해 강서구 시설관리공단이 압류한 상태입니다.

서울 강서구 시설관리공단 관계자
"(각각) 3만 6000원이에요.돈을 안 내시면 계속 쭉 압류인 상태로…."
