윤석열 전 대통령이 받는 형사 재판은 8개입니다.
먼저 지난 1월 검찰이 기소한 '내란 우두머리' 혐의 재판.
무기징역이나 사형 선고가 가능한 혐의입니다.
앞으로는 경찰과 군 관계자 등의 내란 재판까지 병합해 내년 2월 선고를 목표로 빠르게 진행한다는 계획입니다.

가장 진행 속도가 빠른 건 체포 방해 혐의 재판입니다.
다음 달 16일 선고 예정인데 내란특검 측은 총 징역 10년을 구형했습니다.
윤 전 대통령은 최후진술에서 선고를 미뤄달라며 이렇게 말하기도 했습니다.

내란 특검이 기소한 평양 무인기 의혹,한덕수 전 총리 재판 위증 교사 혐의.
해병 특검이 수사한 해병 순직 사건 수사 외압과,'이종섭 호주 도피' 혐의.
김건희 특검이 넘긴 대선 허위 사실 공표,무상 여론조사 수수 혐의 재판도 받아야 합니다.
김건희 여사는 3개 재판을 받게됐습니다.
도이치모터스 주가조작과 무상 여론조사 수수,통일교 청탁 의혹 사건은 특검 측이 징역 15년을 구형한 가운데 다음 달 28일 1심 선고가 예정돼 있습니다.
통일교의 국민의힘 입당 의혹과 각종 매관매직 의혹 재판도 동시에 진행됩니다.
법원은 다음 주까지 예정된 2주 간의 휴정기까지 반납하며 재판에 속도를 내고 있습니다.
