21일 오전 9시 10분 충북경찰청 출석
김 지사 "혐의 없으니 부인할 것도 없어" 김영환 충북지사가 21일 조사를 받기 위해 충북경찰청에 출석하고 있다.뉴시스 
김영환 충북지사가 돈 봉부를 수수한 혐의 등으로 21일 경찰에 소환돼 조사를 받고 있다.지난 10월 19일 출석해 12시간 동안 조사를 받은 데 이어 두번째 소환이다.
김 지사는 이날 오전 9시 10분쯤 충북경찰청에 피의자 신분으로 출석했다.그는 “여전히 혐의를 부인하느냐”는 취재진 질문에 “혐의가 없는데 부인하고 자시고 할게 뭐가 있느냐”고 답했다.
이어 “사실대로 얘기하겠다.조사가 끝난 후 기자회견을 통해 답하겠다”고 말한 뒤 조사실로 이동했다.
김 지사는 지난 4월과 6월 윤현우 충북체육회장,온라인 슬롯 디시윤두영 충북배구협회장 등 지역 체육계 인사들로부터 2차례에 걸쳐 1,온라인 슬롯 디시100만원의 현금을 받은 혐의를 받고 있다.또 괴산에 있는 자신의 산막 인테리어 비용 일부를 윤두영 회장에게 대납하게 한 혐의도 받는다.
경찰은 1차 조사 이후 확보한 자료와 진술 가운데 김 지사 설명과 다른 부분에 대해 사실 관계를 재확인하는데 수사력을 모으는 것으로 알려졌다.
앞서 경찰은 지난 8월 21일 김 지사와 윤현우 회장,온라인 슬롯 디시윤두영 회장의 압수수색 영장을 집행했다.이어 세 사람을 청탁금지법 위반 혐의로 불구속 입건했다.김 지사는 수사 초기부터 “금품을 수수한 적이 없다”고 혐의를 부인했다.
충북경찰청 관계자는 “수사가 진행중인 사안이라 구체적인 내용을 확인해주기 어렵다”고 말했다.
