ITX 납품 지연에 대통령 질타받은 다원시스
본업 무관한 전 임원 의료기기업체에 투자 논란 이재명 대통령.(사진=연합뉴스) [이데일리 이혜라 기자] 다원시스가 철도 사업 정상화와 무관한 투자를 단행에 논란이 커지고 있다.다원시스(068240)는 이재명 대통령이 지난주 국토교통부 업무보고에서 ITX 납품 지연 관련 언급하며 질타한 곳이다. 
18일 금융감독원 전자공시시스템에 따르면 다원시스는 코넥스 상장사‘에이엠시지’가 추진하는 15억원 규모 제3자 배정 기명식 상환전환우선주(RCPS) 유상증자에 참여하기로 했다.
박선순 대표는 국토부 업무보고 후 국회 국정감사에 출석해 “자산을 매각해서라도 납품 기한을 맞추겠다”고 밝힌 바 있다.
문제는 이후 이뤄진 회사의 투자의 대상과 시점이 모호하다는 것이다.
에이엠시지는 서상구 전 다원시스 사장이 최대주주로 있는 의료기기 업체다.주사업은 심장 자기 신호 측정 진단기기와 범용 전동식 진료대 등 생산이다.다원시스의 철도사업과는 직접 관련이 없다.
