11일 한국거래소는 SK하이닉스 투자 경고 종목 지정 관련 “금일 하이닉스가 초장기상승과 불건전요건으로 인해 투자경고종목으로 지정됨에 따라 투자자들의 매매제약이 발생했다”며 “SK하이닉스의 매매 상황을 고려하여 투자경고종목 지정요건을 단순 수익률이 아닌 주가 지수 대비 초과 수익률을 기준으로 변경하고,셔틀 토토 도메인시가총액 상위종목 제외 등 제도 개선을 검토할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
앞서 한국거래소는 이날 SK하이닉스와 SK스퀘어 등에 대해 투자 경고 종목으로 지정한다고 밝혔다.거래소 시장감시위원회는 2023년 도입된 초장기 상승 불건전 요건에 따라 특정 종목이 1년간 200% 이상 상승하고 지정 전일 종가가 최근 15일 종가 중 최고이며,셔틀 토토 도메인최근 15거래일 중 상위 10개 계좌의 매수 관여율이 일정 기준 이상인 날이 4일 이상 반복될 경우 투자 경고 종목으로 지정한다.

시가총액 400조원을 넘어서는 초대형 종목인 SK하이닉스가 투자경고 종목으로 지정되며 투자자 불만도 이어졌다.보통 투자경고는 유통 주식 수가 적거나 단기 급등락이 잦은 중소형주에 주로 적용되는 만큼‘대형주에까지 규제가 확대된 것은 지나치다’는 지적이 나온다.
이날 SK하이닉스 주가는 전 거래일 대비 3.75% 하락한 56만5000원에 장을 마쳤다.코스피 또한 0.59%하락한 4110.62에 마감했다.
