이 전 대표는 재판에서 실형이 선고되지 않게 해주겠다며 도이치모터스 주가조작 사건 주포 이정필 씨로부터 8천여만 원을 받은 혐의로 재판을 받아 왔습니다.
특검은 대통령과 영부인 인맥을 동원해 재판을 청탁해주겠다며 현금을 받은 이 전 대표의 범행은 형사사법 절차에 치명적 손상을 입혔다며 징역 4년을 구형했습니다.
