[파이낸셜뉴스] 고위공직자범죄수사처(공수처)가 채상병 특별검사팀(이명현 특검)과 추미애 더불어민주당 의원의 수사 유출 논란에 대해 본격적인 수사에 착수했다.
11일 파이낸셜뉴스 취재에 따르면 공수처는 추 의원과 이 특검 등에 대한 공무상 비밀누설과 직권남용 혐의로 고발된 사건을 수사3부(이대환 부장)에 배당해 본격적인 수사에 착수했다.
앞서 임성근 전 해병대 1사단장의 '구명로비 의혹'을 제보했던 해병 출신 이모씨는 지난 8월 25일 "포렌식 증거물과 진술조서 등 전례없는 수사기밀을 유출시킨 사건"이라며 추 의원과 이 특검을 공수처에 고발했다.추 의원실은 같은달 21일 구명로비 통로로 지목된 '멋쟁해병' 단체대화방 참여자인 송호종씨와 임 전 사단장이 2023년 12월께 만나 어깨동무하고 있는 사진을 확보해 언론 보도를 통해 공개한 바 있다.
이씨는 고발장을 통해 "지난 7월 12일과 24일 특검팀은 고발인 등 참고인에 대한 압수수색을 집행해 휴대전화,메이플 히어로 코강 난이도노트북,USB 등을 확보했고 추 의원에게 전달했다"며 "추 의원은 전달받은 수사기밀을 특정 언론사에 제공했다.참고인임에도 불구하고,자신의 사적 정보가 무단 유출됨으로써 인격권,사생활의 비밀과 자유,메이플 히어로 코강 난이도방어권,공정한 수사와 재판을 받을 권리가 중대하게 침해됐다"며 철저한 수사를 요청했다..

This is without question the absolute coolest self-care item I have ever purchased. Even without the sleep tracking, I still feel this statement holds true.
