김씨는 2022년 11월부터 5개월 동안 쿠팡 물류계열사인 쿠팡풀필먼트서비스의 호법물류센터 인사팀에서 근무했습니다.

오늘 김씨를 상대로는 일용직 채용 과정과 퇴직금 미지급 방식 등을 집중적으로 물었습니다.
쿠팡 일용직 노동자들의 고용형태가 어땠는지 노동자들이 퇴직급여보장법상 대상이었는지 등을 파악하기 위한 조사라는 게 특검팀의 설명입니다.
