김건희 특검팀이 국민의힘 김기현 의원을 피의자로 입건하고 압수수색도 했습니다.
김 의원 배우자가 김 여사에게 가방을 선물했다고 알려진 것관 달리,김 의원이 직접 가방을 전했을 거라고 특검팀은 의심하고 있습니다.

취임 후 첫 일본 방문길에 오른 윤석열 전 대통령 부부를 향해,깍듯이 인사하는 국민의힘 김기현 의원.
이튿날 저녁 윤 전 대통령 부부 귀국 행사에도 참여했습니다.
이날은 특검팀이 김 의원 아내 이 모 씨가 고가 가방을 사서 김 여사에게 건넸다고 추정하는 날짜입니다.
이 씨의 구매 기록과 감사 편지에 적힌 날짜 등이 근거입니다.
그런데 이날 윤 전 대통령 부부는 해외를 다녀왔습니다.
저녁 늦게 귀국한 김 여사가 이 씨와 만나긴 어려웠을 거라고 판단한 특검은,대신 윤 전 대통령 부부와 대면했던 김 의원이 직접 가방을 전달했을 것으로 의심하고 있습니다.
이에 특검팀은 김 의원을 청탁금지법 위반 혐의의 공범으로 입건했습니다.
특검팀은 김 의원의 동선 등을 확인하기 위해 차량 운행 일지 등이 있는 국회사무처를 압수수색하고,룰렛게임 앱사무실과 자택에서도 김 의원 부부 휴대전화 1대씩을 확보했습니다.
특검팀은 김 의원이 소환조사를 피하고 있다며,곧 다시 부르겠다고 예고했습니다.
김 의원은 "소환 불응은 지어낸 말"이라며,"있지도 않은 혐의니 증거가 나올 리 없다"고 반박했습니다.

특검팀은 지난 11일 김 여사를 상대로도 '김 의원이 직접 가방을 건네지 않았냐'고 추궁했지만,김 여사는 "기억나지 않는다"는 취지로 답한 것으로 알려졌습니다.
