(세종=연합뉴스) 송정은 기자 = 공정거래위원회는 설 명절을 앞두고 중소 하도급업체가 대금을 제때 지급받을 수 있도록 내년 2월 13일까지 50일간 불공정 하도급 신고센터를 운영한다고 26일 밝혔다.

신고센터는 수도권(5개),시작 토토 가입코드대전·충청권(2개),부산·경남권(1개),광주·전라권(1개),대구·경북권(1개) 등 전국 5개 권역 10개 소에 설치된다.신고는 우편,팩스,온라인 홈페이지(www.ftc.go.kr) 접수,전화로 가능하다.

공정위는 아울러 설 명절쯤 상여금 지급 등으로 중소기업들의 자금 수요가 급격히 증가하는 점을 고려해 설 명절 이전에 하도급대금이 적기에 지급되도록 독려할 계획이다.

미지급 대금은 원사업자의 자진 시정이나 당사자 간 합의를 적극 유도하되 필요시 현장 조사를 통해 사건을 신속히 처리할 방침이다.

지난 추석에는 불공정 하도급 신고센터를 통해 미지급 하도급대금 총 202건(약 232억원)을 지급 조치했으며,시작 토토 가입코드1만6천646개 수급사업자에 약 2조8천770억원의 하도급대금이 명절 이전에 조기 지급되도록 했다.
