현대트랜시스가 19일 서울 중구 대한상공회의소에서 열린‘2025년 공정거래 자율준수프로그램(CP) 우수기업 등급평가증 수여식’에서 AA등급(우수기업)을 획득했다고 22일 밝혔다.
CP 등급평가는 2001년 공정거래위원회가 도입한 제도로 기업의 준법의식과 윤리경영 실천을 제고해 법규 위반을 사전에 예방하고 공정거래 자율준수 문화를 확산하기 위해 마련됐다.기업의 CP 운영 실적을 평가해 AAA·AA·A 등 3개 등급을 부여하며 A등급 이상을 획득한 기업에는 직권조사 면제나 과징금 감경 등의 인센티브가 제공된다.
현대트랜시스는 이번 평가에서 지난해(A등급)보다 한 단계 높은 AA등급을 달성했다.자율준수협의회 운영을 통한 자율준수 체계 강화와 임직원의 준법문화 확산 노력이 높이 평가됐다.
현대트랜시스는 2019년 준법경영 선포를 시작으로 2021년 ISO37001(부패방지 경영시스템),2023년 ISO37301(컴플라이언스 경영시스템) 인증을 취득하며 글로벌 수준의 규범 준수 체계를 완비해 왔다.2025년에는 분기별 공정거래 모니터링 체계를 통해 임직원의 준법활동을 점검하고 인식도 조사 결과를 바탕으로 맞춤형 교육 및 가이드라인 제공했다.백철승 현대트랜시스 대표는 전 임직원을 대상으로 준법윤리경영 CEO 메시지를 선포하는 등 강력한 준법경영 의지를 보여주고 있다.
조동기 현대트랜시스 기획실장(자율준수관리자)은 “이번 AA등급 달성은 전 임직원이 함께 만들어낸 공정거래 자율준수 문화의 결실”이라며 “앞으로도 체계적이고 투명한 준법경영을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 더욱 강화하겠다”고 말했다.
