상반기 천안·용인 등서 분양중견 건설회사인 동문건설이 올해 창사 이후 최다 물량인 7000여 가구,2조2400억원 규모의 프로젝트 착공에 나선다.상반기 서울 동작구,경기 용인,충남 천안 등 주거 선호 지역에서 공급을 계획하고 있어 수요자의 관심을 끌고 있다. 21일 업계에 따르면 동문건설이 올해 첫 삽을 뜨는 사업 규모는 7565가구(2조2400억원)에 달한다.건설 경기 침체 속에서도 최근 사업 수주에 적극 나서 1984년 창립 이후 역대 최대 규모의 착공 물량을 기록할 전망이다. 
이달 2765억원 규모의 충남 천안 삼룡동 삼룡지역주택조합(투시도) 프로젝트 공사를 시작하고 상반기 분양에 들어갈 예정이다.지하 3층~지상 29층,1051가구의 대단지를 짓는 사업이다.경기 용인 처인구에선 350가구 규모의 고림2지구 도시개발사업을 착공한다.역시 상반기 분양시장에 내놓을 계획이다. 오는 5월엔 서울 동작구 장승배기역 지역주택조합의 첫 삽을 뜰 예정이다.장승배기 역세권 활성화 사업의 하나로 진행된다.수도권 지하철 7호선 역세권에 지하 8층~지상 29층,재밌는 무료게임3개 동,301가구의 주상복합을 짓는다.지하 1층~지상 1층엔 지역 주민도 이용할 수 있는 문화집회시설이 들어선다.서울 송파구 경찰특화 의료연구센터와 경기 안산 신길2지구 등도 상반기 순차적으로 착공한다. 
하반기에도 전국에서 대단지 공사에 나선다.경기 평택 비전동 옛 군청사 부지에 짓는 주상복합 신축 프로젝트가 대표적이다.총 1061가구(아파트 996가구,오피스텔 65실)가 조성된다.울산 KTX 역세권 복합특화단지의‘첫 타자’인 A3블록 공동주택도 하반기 첫 삽을 뜬다.지하 3층~지상 35층,재밌는 무료게임9개 동,1320가구 규모(사업비 3642억원)다.경남 김해 어방동에서 선보이는 지상 최고 49층,재밌는 무료게임884가구의 공동주택 사업(3068억원)도 하반기 착공을 목표로 인허가를 진행 중이다.
경기 남양주 진주아파트 재건축(1843가구)을 비롯해 서울 서초구 방배동 남부시장 정비사업,금천구 시흥동 청기와훼미리 가로주택사업도 인허가 진행 상황에 따라 올해 착공할 가능성이 있다.경주선 동문건설 회장은 “올해 여러 프로젝트가 착공하는 만큼 만반의 준비를 해 지역 랜드마크로 인정받도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

This is without question the absolute coolest self-care item I have ever purchased. Even without the sleep tracking, I still feel this statement holds true. However, sleep tracking takes this product over the top. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants to improve their meditation practice, overall mindfulness, and sleep habits.
