더불어민주당 김병기 의원이 구의원들로부터 수천만원을 받았다는 의혹을 서울경찰청이 직접 수사합니다. 
서울경찰청은 오늘(2일) 언론 공지를 통해 "김병기 의원이 전직 구의원들로부터 금원을 전달받았다는 의혹과 관련한 고발장을 접수했다"며 "책임수사관서인 공공범죄수사대로 배당해 신속하고 엄정하게 수사할 예정"이라고 밝혔습니다.
김 의원은 2020년 21대 총선을 앞두고 전 동작구의원 2명으로부터 1~2천만 원을 건네받았다가 다시 돌려줬다는 의혹을 받습니다.
민주당 소속이었던 이수진 전 의원은 2024년 2월 한 라디오 방송에 출연해,dd8850.com김병기 의원이 공천 관련해 정치자금법 위반 소지가 있는 돈을 받았다가 돌려줬다는 내용의 진술서(탄원서)가 있다고 말한 바 있습니다.
이와 관련해 사법정의바로세우기시민행동 김한메 대표는 김 의원과 전 동작구의원 2명을 뇌물수수·공여와 정치자금법 위반 혐의로 오는 5일 서울경찰청에 고발할 예정이라고 밝혔습니다.
김 대표는 "서울경찰청에 직접 확인한 결과 김 의원은 탄원서와 관련해 동작경찰서에 입건되지 않았다"며 "이에 별도로 서울경찰청에 고발하기로 했다"라고 설명했습니다.
김 대표와 별도로 한 누리꾼도 오늘 오전 김 의원과 전 동작구의원 등을 정치자금법과 청탁금지법 위반 등 혐의로 서울경찰청에 고발했습니다.
경찰은 김 의원과 관련된 12건의 사건을 서울청 공공범죄수사대에서 11건,dd8850.com동작경찰서에서 1건 수사하고 있습니다.
