GTX 구성역 연계 버스노선 개편,DRT체계 등 높은 평가경기도 용인시는 국토교통부가 주관한 '2025년 지속가능 교통도시 평가'에서 최우수상을 받았다고 24일 밝혔다.

이 평가는 '지속가능 교통물류 발전법'에 따라 국토부가 매년 인구 10만 명 이상 71개 도시를 대상으로 실시하고 있다.

평가는 ▲내연기관차에서 친환경차로 대전환 ▲에너지 절감형 대중교통 체계 강화 ▲비동력·무탄소 교통수단 지원 ▲교통안전·이동권 확보 등 4개 부문 총 26개 지표를 기준으로 이뤄진다.

시는 이번 평가에서 GTX-A 구성역 연계 버스노선 개편과 광역 콜버스,암호화폐 도박'타바용' 등 수요응답형 교통(DRT) 구축 정책이 높은 평가를 받았다.

이상일 시장은 "앞으로도 시민의 불편을 해소하고 기후 위기에 잘 대처하는 지속가능한 교통정책이 이어지도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
