사모펀드 MBK파트너스 김병주 회장이 구속 기로에 섰습니다.
홈플러스 투자 손실 사태와 관련해 '사기'와 '자본시장법 위반 혐의'를 받고 있는데,블랙 잭 무료 게임법원의 구속 전 피의자 심문이 오전부터 시작돼 현재 시각까지 이어지고 있습니다.
장시간 이어진 영장심사 끝에 김병주 회장의 신병 처리 방향은 오늘(13일) 밤 가려질 것으로 보입니다.

오전 10시부터 시작된 영장실질심사에서 김병주 회장과 MBK·홈플러스 경영진 등 모두 4명에 대한 구속 전 피의자 심문이 진행되고 있는데요.
심문이 8시간 넘게 이어지면서 법원의 판단도 길어지고 있습니다.
검찰은 이들이 홈플러스의 신용등급 하락 가능성을 알면서도 이를 숨긴 채 820억 원의 대규모 전자단기사채를 발행했고,블랙 잭 무료 게임이후 기업회생을 신청해 채권을 산 투자자들에게 손실을 입혔다고 보고 있습니다.
김병주 회장을 제외한 나머지 3명에 대해서는 분식회계와 감사 방해 혐의도 함께 적용됐습니다.

검찰은 신용등급 하락 가능성을 알고도 이를 알리지 않은 채 단기채권을 발행했다고 보고 있고,MBK 측은 "고의로 숨긴 사실은 없다"라며 반박하고 있습니다.
두 번째는 회계 처리의 고의성입니다.
경영진 3명은 상환전환우선주 회계 처리 과정에서 실제로는 빚에 가까운 돈을 자본처럼 처리해 재무 상태를 좋게 보이게 했다는 의혹을 받고 있습니다.
MBK 측은 모든 혐의를 부인하며 100장이 넘는 자료로 법원에 적극 소명하고 있는 가운데,블랙 잭 무료 게임이들의 구속 여부는 이르면 오늘 밤,늦어도 내일(14일) 새벽 결정될 전망입니다.
