그런데,재가입을 해야 받을 수 있단 내용은 쏙 빼고 설명해서,꼼수란 비판을 더 키웠습니다.
최인영 기자가 취재했습니다.

쿠팡은 보상안의 취지를 이렇게 설명했습니다.
"깊이 반성하고 있다" "책임감 있는 조치를 취하는 차원" 이라며,쿠폰 지급 대상에 '탈퇴 고객도 포함'한다고 공지했습니다.
여기까지만 보면 탈퇴 회원도 문제없이 보상을 받는 것 같은데,실상은 다릅니다.
[쿠팡 고객센터 상담 전화/음성변조 : "(탈퇴하면 보상은 어떻게 받을 수 있나요?) 회원가입이 되어 있으셔야 이용이 가능하시기 때문에 재가입이 필요하실 수는 있습니다."]
쿠폰을 사용하려면,바카라 디시 썰쿠팡에 재가입해야 한단 얘기입니다.
[A 씨/쿠팡 협력업체 소속 상담사/음성변조 : "재가입해야 보상이 나가는 걸로 그렇게 가이드를 받았거든요."]
쿠팡이 상담센터에 배포한 보상 문의 응대 가이드입니다.
'회원가입 안 하고는 이용 불가' '탈퇴 취소 불가능,바카라 디시 썰재가입 필요' '가족 계정으로 쿠폰 받는 것도 불가능' 탈퇴 회원 재가입 유도 방침이 세세히 적혀 있습니다.
[최희주/서울 영등포구 : "개인정보가 걱정이 돼서 바로 탈퇴를 한 건데 탈퇴자는 그 혜택을 받을 수 없다는 게 말이 안 된다고 생각하고."]
상담사들에게 '보상이란 말을 쓰지 말라'는 지침이 내려지기도 했습니다.
"보상이나 프로모션과 같은 단어 절대 쓰면 안 된다" "구매 이용권 지급이라고만 해야 한다"는 식이었습니다.

쿠팡은 상담 업무를 맡은 일부 협력업체가 지침을 잘못 내렸다며,KBS 취재 이후 표현을 바로 잡았다고 해명했습니다.
