공급 과잉 상태였던 실리콘카바이드(SiC) 전력반도체 시장이 조정 국면에 들어섰다.전기차 수요 확대를 예상해 중국을 중심으로 설비 투자가 이뤄졌지만 시장 침체가 장기화되면서다.
