LG에너지솔루션이 미국 배터리팩 제조사 FBPS(Freudenberg Battery Power System)와 3조9천억웍 규모 계약을 해지하기로 했습니다.

지난주 포드와 9조6천억원 규모 계약을 포함해 일주일여 만에 13조원이 넘는 계약이 해지되게 된 것입니다.

LG에너지솔루션은 26일 FBPS의 배터리 사업 철수로 인해 지난해 4월 맺은 전기차 배터리 모듈 공급 계약을 상호 협의를 통해 해지한다고 공시했습니다.

해지 금액은 공시일 환율 기준 3조9천217억원으로,토토그린다육지난해 4월부터 2031년 말까지 전체 계약액(27억9천500만 달러·약 4조400억원) 중 이미 이행된 물량(1억1천만 달러·약 1천600억원)을 제외한 잔여분입니다.

앞서 LG에너지솔루션은 지난 17일 미국 완성차업체 포드와 2027년부터 2032년까지 9조6천억원 규모의 전기차 배터리 셀·모듈 공급 계약을 해지한다고 공시한 바 있습니다.

이를 합치면 불과 열흘도 안 돼 예정된 매출 약 13조5천억원 규모 매출이 사라지게 됐습니다. 이는 LG에너지솔루션의 지난해 매출 25조6천200억원의 절반이 넘는 규모입니다.
